Meet Chi!

☆ Chia Del Sol, also known as Chachi or Chi, is from the planet Chroma.☆ Chi is an iridian. They are Chroma's most populous and powerful species, and they come in a rainbow of colors. Many other species live there, too, such as Jungle Drakes, Phoenixes, Cosmolumes, and Sea Folk!☆ All life on Chroma pulses with aether. Like blood, it is their source of life. It is a special substance of light and matter that can conduct any sort of energy. Iridians have the ability to manipulate energy by harnessing its power!☆ Chi was born with a crippling disability that makes her produce more aether than her body can handle. If she doesn't regularly let off the excess, she could die in minutes.☆ To help with this, Chi plays a sport called Psyball. In the pro leagues, she uses huge amounts of aether energy. To others, it's a career. To Chi, it's therapy!☆ Iridians use channel prisms (a technique learnt from the Cosmolumes), to help focus their power when using aether. Women place them in the forehead, and men, in the chest. Chi must use and recycle special prisms which absorb her excess aether in order to treat her condition.☆ Chi's hair gems are part of her signature look. She won't leave the house without them.
